Destination Presentation to Chinese Tour Operators (SOLD OUT)  

In addition to your introduction, there will be an opportunity to make a presentation to the entire Chinese delegation. Limited availability – first come, first served.    PRESENTATION SLOTS ARE SOLD OUT – PLEASE CONTACT US TO BE PUT ON A WAIT LIST.


Dedicated translator for one-on-one appointments – $600 (SOLD OUT)

A translator that will be assigned to you to stay with you for all your one-on-one appointments. (there will also be a pool of complimentary volunteer translators). Limited availability – first come, first served.  DEDICATED TRANSLATOR SLOTS ARE SOLD OUT, PLEASE CONTACT US TO BE PUT ON A WAIT LIST.


Bring-Your-Own Translator ($200)

You may pay for a “translator badge” to bring your own translator for the one-on-one appointments.  The translator will only be able to attend the one-on-one appointments, no other sessions or functions.

Registration Policies:

  • Included with all regular registrations:  All seminars and presentations; One-on-one meetings; One paragraph description on appointment platform. Access to designated functions; Interpreters for one-on-one meetings.
  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations for full/current rate registrations received on or before 2/25/18 are refundable, however a cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted for those paying by check and $75 for those paying by credit card. Cancellations after 2/25/18 are non-refundable. Discounted multi-show package registrations are non-refundable.
  • Attendance at Active America China is limited  and subject to sell-out. Active America China retains the right to refuse admission to anyone.
  • All registrations are subject to eligibility and approval.
